Old Town is also where the“Entertainment District” is located. This district was created for the 2007 Super Bowl and since it was such a huge attraction…Scottsdale decided to keep it long after the Super Bowl left. It is home to multiple clubs and bars that tend to stay open very late at night.

This is a large bedroom that contains 2 queen beds, a TV, and a huge walk-in closet. It also has a large ensuite bathroom.
Each room contains electric blackout shades, a clock radio/alarm, and a white noise machine to block out any unwanted sounds. This bedroom is located on the 3rd floor of the townhouse so privacy is not an issue.
Guest Bedroom
1 Queen Bed
This is also a large bedroom located on the 3rd floor that contains a queen bed, a hanger rack for clothes, a full dresser, end tables for storage, and like the master…electric blackout shades, a clock radio/alarm, and a white noise machine.
This bedroom also has a large full bathroom assigned to it. It is not technically an ensuite bathroom but it’s just as convenient!
Private 1st level suite
1 Kind Sized Sofa Bed
The third bedroom is located within a unique lower-level suite. It is actually the 1st level of the town house and it contains a queen sized sofa bed, a TV, as well as an ensuite bathroom and its own kitchenette with fridge and microwave!
If you are looking for ultimate privacy.. you would choose this cool little suite. This mini-suite also features a full wall mural, polished cement flooring, a stocked coffee station, and it’s own small patio.
